Terms of service

These pre-launch terms are placeholders and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before accepting outside customers.

The service

PunchLyf, a NoobLyf brand, provides browser-based time tracking, approvals, and payroll-ready exports. It does not process payroll, calculate taxes, provide employment advice, or guarantee compliance with any particular law.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for authorized users, accurate company rules, lawful timekeeping practices, reviewing records before payroll, and maintaining access to their account email.

Trials and billing

The planned offer is a card-required seven-day trial followed by $4 per active time-tracking employee per month, with a $12 monthly minimum. Final commercial terms must be confirmed at launch.

Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or provider outages. Material changes and incident notices will follow the approved customer-notification procedure.

Account closure

Owners may request closure. Requests require identity verification and a reviewed retention process; cancellation alone does not immediately erase records.
